Correct decoding in sphinxtrain , but can't identify in pocketsphinx.

I try to train a group of digitals, right in the decode the end of the training, but can't identify in pocketsphinx.When I try to adjust the operating parameters and decoding the same, still unable to identify.The links below is my data and log, thank you for your help.
