Error while training Acoustic model

I am training acoustic model for hindi. These are the errors that occured while training-

Training failed in iteration 1

On checking the HindiSpeech.copycitocd.log, the error was
SYSTEM_ERROR: "model_def_io.c", line 412: Unable to open /home/atom/Desktop/speech/HindiSpeech/model_architecture/HindiSpeech.untied.mdef for reading: No such file or directory

On checking HindiSpeech.1-1.bw.log, the error was
SYSTEM_ERROR: "model_def_io.c", line 412: Unable to open /home/atom/Desktop/speech/HindiSpeech/model_architecture/HindiSpeech.untied.mdef for reading: No such file or directory
FATAL_ERROR: "main.c", line 1857: initialization failed

Need help to resolve these errors!!!

I found that I used too much phoneme while it must be lower than 256
