Sphinxtrain on Win32. lda.py failed to create LDA transform with status 0

Running Sphinxtrain, I get as far as:

CMD Window:
Phase 4: LDA transform estimation
Baum welch starting for LDA, iteration: N (1 of 1)

lda.py failed to create LDA transform with status 0

Html file:
Phase 4: LDA transform estimation
Baum welch starting for LDA, iteration: N (1 of 1)
bw Log File log file shows no errors
C:\Sphinx\Sphinxtrain\python\cmusphinx\lda.py Log File
lda.py failed to create LDA transform with status 0

Yawuru.lda_train.log:

None of the log files show any errors.

Can anyone suggest where I look for the problem?
