I want to train a new database for speech Recognition in arabic
I have a 100 words and I want to form about 1000 sentences from theses words
So should i have to form a sentence that is correct in meaning (have useful
meaning)
Or I can form any sentences (in any order of words) to train them

Because I want to record them to make about 5 hours of sounds

Your training database should come from real-life world. If combination of
words is not used in reality, don't record it. Only record real-life
sentences. You should not do anything artifical. So there is actually no
problem to conduct the database. Just record what your user is expected to say
in your working application, do not try to record anything else.

Sentences should better have correct meaning. That will help speakers to read
them properly.
