perl scripts_pl\setup_tutorial.pl an4

While I am running following command in (Tutotial/SphinxTrain )cmd it is
giving following error

mkdir feat/053610173-1

Invalid argument; The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is
inco
rrect at scripts_pl\setup_tutorial.pl line 65

I followed the document as specified in http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/sphinx/t
utorial.html

I downloade sphinxtrain and sphinxbasae ,an4 as specified in above link.

please help me in this..and i am using Sphinx 3 version

It seems that the file .fileids in your training setup have non-allowed
special symbols. You need to use only ASCII symbols for file name sand file
ids.

I am using following fieids in my file..

053610173-1
053610173-2
053610173-3

Hope it wont make any problem regarding error I have got. Please correct me If
my fileids have wrong names or any unknown symbols..

Any how I will follow latest link which you have provided.
