Problem compiling SphinxTrain-1.0.7

Hi,

I'm trying to compile latest sphinxtrain release (sphinxtrain-1.0.7) on
windows7. sphinxbase-0.7 and pocketsphinx-0.7
compile just fine but when I compile sphinxtrain-1.0.7 i'm getting some errors
and only 29 out of 31 projects are getting
compiled. Just want to know what could be going wrong here !!!

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'sphinxbase.lib'

This error was fixed after "Additional Library Directories" was properly
specified for project "norm".

..........\sphinxbase\bin\Debug\sphinxbase.dll : fatal error LNK1107:
invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x300

What could be the reason for this error message for project "make_quests" ?

Hi,

I tried moving forward by downloading the executables.

Followed the acoustic model training tutorial. When I do runAll, I seem to be
getting an error at vector quantization step.
I then get a message stating that kmeans_init.exe has stopped working.

Any hint to the cause of problem will be highly appreciated.

I'd done model training using sphinxtrain 2 yrs back but the flow seems to
have changed since then.

Not sure if this error is a sw error or something wrong with my configuration
or setup.

It's an error in software. You need to try to compile binaries from snapshot,
they should work.
