I want to training my own acoustic model with sphinx, i got an error when i training the acoustic model.

i know my data training is small and not allowed for training, but my friend can do training with smaller data training and i cannot reach my friend to ask how to solve it. so can you give me the answer how to train acoustic model for small data.

You can not train an acoustic model with such a small amount of data. Increase the training data size.
