Failed MMIE training on AN4 corpus

Hello,

I wan to test the MMIE training on the AN4 corpus (database) included in the
Sphinx tutorial.

All training modules work well unless the "65 MMIE training". I have this
error "FATAL_ERROR: "gauden.c", line 2106: Constant D:nan (gau:133 feat:0
density:0) is INFINITE" with the "norm" program.

In the previous step, I have in "bw" (baumwelch) with lattices, 590 errors of
the following kind:
utt> 3 an255-fash-b 259 0 30INFO: main.c(1266): arc_4 is ignored (viterbi run
failed)

Has anyone test the MMIE training on the AN4 corpus ?

Hello

an4 is too small for MMIE training, it will not work. If you want to try MMIE,
you can download English voxforge.
