Inconsistency in SpeechAligner

According to github and sphinx4-5prealpha, we have such SpeechAligner (constructor) - https://github.com/cmusphinx/sphinx4/blob/master/sphinx4-core/src/main/java/edu/cmu/sphinx/api/SpeechAligner.java

But according to documentation, we have such SpeechAligner (constructor) - http://cmusphinx.sourceforge.net/doc/sphinx4/

Please, fixed this inconsostency.
