Choice of PocketSphinx or Sphinx 3

Hi all,
I plan to use this excellent decoder for my chip in the mobile phone. However,
I need to make a decision on which one is better.
For PocketSphinx , it is faster at the cost of WER. Another point, it seems
that it support semi-continuous mode only.
For Sphinx3, it is bigger , also has a relatively lower WER. However, it 's
slower.......

I would like to apply the large vocabulary continuous speech
recognition(LVCSR) on a single DSP processor, and only need to process
decoding. Since training can be done on PC......
Any idea for my case, all advices are
