I have 11025Hz wav files. I use wave2feat to do feature extraction. However,
the feature data seems not right. The parameter I use is the following:
frate: 100
wlen: 0.025625
nfft: 512
nfilt: 40
lowerf: 133.33334
upperf: 6855.4976
ncep: 26
I wonder if the parameters are suitable for 11025kHz. I use them for both
16000Hz and 20000Hz and it works well.
Thanks a lot

Sampling rate = 11025Hz means max frequency content is 11025 / 2 = 5512 Hz. So
you can fix upperf to somewhat less than that.
Thanks a lot.
Now I am using
frate: 100
wlen: 0.0232 (wlen*11025=nfft)
nfft: 256
nfilt: 31
lowerf: 200
upperf: 3500
ncep: 26
Are the parameters fine? How to choose parameters for a specific sampling
rate?
