I am working on speech recognition project of telephone wav files. the length of these files are more than 1 minute. so I cut these file into 10 seconds files. thats, when silence exists after 10 sec, I would cut the file. thus each 1 min file could produce about 6 files of 10 sec.
Is these working or not?! what should I do to cut these file into shorter files.
