What does the values found in .mfc mean?

Hello, I would like to ask for the meaning found in the .mfc file that was generated from the audio data when training the acoustic model?

I know that those values are mfc coefficient values based from the speech signal but aside from that I dont know a much more detailed explanation about it like what does the 10-13 columns mean? if they have a meaning.
