I performed successive training and recognition in Sphinx 3, using the same
database and same parameters. However, I got different recognition rates
for each round.
The variation between recognitions reaches 5%. Is this normal? Since the
database and parameters are the same, I should not get the same rates?

What is your database? What is the database size? What language do you use for testing? What is your test set? What is the sphinxtrain version? Did you use latest version 5prealpha? What training configuration did you use?
