Dictionary and Language model at Syllable level

For generating the dictionary and language model I am using LMtool at word level. But, when I tried to use the same for generating the dictionary and language model at syllable level I am getting the following error.

SESSION 1489143649_31465 [_ERRO_] Problems with your corpus; cannot continue. Please check diagnostics [0 0] Please include these messages in bug reports.

The syllable level sentences is something look this

EXCEPT IN THE WIN TER WHEN THE OOZE OR SNOW OR ICE PRE VENTS YET HE STILL THINKS AS SWIF TLY AS E VER YET HE STILL THINKS AS SWIF TLY AS E VER TWICE EACH DAY HE PLAYS SKILL FULLY AND WITH ZEST U PON OUR SMALL OR GAN

Thanks for your quick reply. Firstly I tried to build models. Using those models i tried to do forced alignment to get the boundaries at syllable level. So, for that first i need to generate the dictionary and language model. I have attached the sentence list. When I tried to upload in lmtool for generating dictionary and language model I am getting following error
