Appropriate configuration

I run verify in sphinxtrain

Phase 5: Determine amount of training data, see if n_tied_states seems reasonable.
Estimated Total Hours Training: 511.109275
100+ hours of training data is goodly amount of data.
Rule of thumb suggests 8000 for 100 hours, you can adjust accordingly.
^---- (Idk what it means. I have 500+ I should set tied states(senones) 8000*5 = 40000 ?)

How should I configure

$CFG_FINAL_NUM_DENSITIES = ... ;

and

$CFG_N_TIED_STATES = ... ;
