Word insertion penalty

Hello,

After completeing training phase, I used sphinx3 to de recognition but the accuracy was low.

my question is where Word insertion penalty parameter located or how to include it. ?

I looked at sphinx_decode.cfg file there is just Language wieght parameter.

Add

 $DEC_CFG_WORDPENALTY = "0.2";

to sphinx_train.cfg
