Simplistic Getting started guide

Hello,
I maintain VocalKit which makes using pocketsphinx easy to build on the
iPhone. I've been getting alot of people asking for basic assistance, so I
wrote a simple getting started guide, and it would be great if you could
review it for accuracy or anything I missed.

Hello Brian, this is certainly usefu thing, I'm looking forward to see it
completed.

You then need to generate a DMP file. lm3g2dmp is a tool to do this.

Users are recommended to use sphinx_lm_convert from sphinxbase instead of
lm3g2dmp which is obsolete and unsupported.
