How i can build it for an arabic language ?

You need to read the grammar syntax document:

Then you can write the grammar according to the syntax in a text editor.

Answers are already in documentation. I'm just not sure what else can I add to
it.

surly i read tutorial before writing my questions , but i asked if this lm
file is true or not ??
because in tutorial there is nothing about non english lm !!

Setting up the training scripts
To start the training change to the database folder and run the following
commands:

../SphinxTrain/scripts_pl/setup_SphinxTrain.pl -task Anati
