I was wondering where can I find a good hmm, lm and dict (atleast the one that
David demo'ed on the talk '/usr/share/pocketsphinx/model/hmm/wsjl',
'/usr/sgate/pocketsphinx/model/lm/wsj/Wlist50.3e-7.vp.tg.lm.DMP' &
/usr/sgate/pocketsphinx/model/lm/wsj/wlist50.dic')

I have pocketsphinx 0.6.1 and sphixbase all compiled and installed but I don't
see these files anywhere? Any help will be deeply appreciated.

In pocketsphinx sources in model subfolder.

atleast the one that David demo'ed on the talk
'/usr/share/pocketsphinx/model/hmm/wsjl',
'/usr/sgate/pocketsphinx/model/lm/wsj/Wlist50.3e-7.vp.tg.lm.DMP' &
/usr/sgate/pocketsphinx/model/lm/wsj/wlist50.dic'

Those are old models from pocketsphinx 0.5. They are worse than current ones.
