M010101 is the first utt in my training corpus and just after this message, there is an error and it doesn't goes on...
I really need to solve this problem... So could someone help me with this?

And I'm sorry.. but what do you mean by "forgot the silence in the prompt you are trying to align"?

Once you asked about the problem provide as more information as you can. For example here I suspect you forgot the silence in the prompt you are trying to align too or you miss a word in a dictionary/filler dictionary. But I can't verify that since you didn't post your prompt and dictionary entries.

I'm trying to run the executable shinx3_align during acoustic training (that is, after the ci training) here and I'm getting a message like this:

For example here I suspect you forgot the silence in the prompt you are trying to align too or you miss a word in a dictionary/filler dictionary. But I can't verify that since you didn't post your prompt and dictionary entries.
Also there should be a ERROR upper in logs, so you have to post log entries too.
