I'm trying to build a system on Windows. I have tried a million different approaches with no errors until I get to the decode part. The decoder will not initialize. So I am going through the code to see what parameter is stopping pocketscript_batch to run from psdecode.pl.
But I can't find the function GetDict() that is supposed to fill in the dictionary source file. PLEASE can anyone tell me where it is? I have been through all the obvious C files to no avail.
