Sphinxtrain with VS2010 - missing globalmean

I'm trying to get Sphinxtrain running on Windows XP. I have compiled snapshots
of sphinxtrain, sphinxbase and pocketsphinx using Visual Studio 2010 and when
I execute the "RunAll.pl" script I get the following error:

FATAL: "init_gau.c", line 155: Unable to open
...\an4\model_parameters\an4.ci_cont_flatinitial\globalmean for reading
Something failed: (....an4/scripts_pl/20.ci_hmm/slave_convg.pl)
