I get this error when i run sphinxtrain run:

ERROR: FATAL: "mk_mdef_gen.c", line 301: Duplicate entry for V in dictionary

I can not find any duplicate entries for V in my dictionary. I do not even have a single entry for V in the dictionary. So how can i fix this error?
