How should I remove sphinxbase to be sure, that all parts are deleted?

After reinstall I have following error:
$ sphinx_fe
sphinx_fe: error while loading shared libraries: libsphinxbase.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

It will show which libraries will be used/loaded when executed. I guess you will have to lookup the missing library and put a link where sphinx_fe looks for it.

You did not install sphinxbase properly. You have old sphinxbase installation mixed with a new one.
How should I remove sphinxbase to be sure, that all parts are deleted?

run
$ ldd path/to/sphinx_fe
It will show which libraries will be used/loaded when executed. I guess you will have to lookup the missing library and put a link where sphinx_fe looks for it.
