This may be a stupid question, but I can't find in the build instructions how to set JAVA_HOME, ANT_HOME, and PATH and what to set them to. So, what do I need to do here?

  I googled it, but didn't come up with anything useful. The sphinx installation instructions say
  "Set your JAVA_HOME, ANT_HOME and PATH environment variables as described above.", but I couldn't find anywhere "above" where it describes how to do that.
