Question concerning License on G2P Model Files

I'm not a lawyer, and I just want to be clear on the licenses on the files within the G2P Models folder. I want to use some of the files within this folder in an application I am making (so far it appears that they all contain the same license)

To my knowledge, this is what I Think I need to do:
give attribution and a copy of the license used
and this is what I Think I am not required to do:
provide my application's source code
* distribute my application under the same license as these files

Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks,
