I'm trying to find a tool or set of tools that can do the same job as the lmtool http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/tools/lmtool-new.html from a plain text file.
I have downloaded and installed MITLM and created a language modle using it, I want to know how to create a dictionary.
I downloaded phonetisaurus but I can't find out how to really use it, as I'm a beginner.
I have problems with installing Sequitur as well.
Can you please point me towards a detailed tutorial of how to create the dictionary ?
Or just a give me a set of steps to achieve my goal ?

    Zed.

    Thank you so much Nickolay,
It wasn't working with python3, all good using python2 though.
Thank you so much, just one question to be sure now, if I use g29-seq2seq to generate the dictionary and the MITLM tool for the language model, will everything work just like the files obtained from the lmtool ?
