install sphinx in Cygwin

hi
I tried to install sphinxbase,pocketsphinx, sphinxtrain on my win7 using cygwin , But I got the following error after executing 'sudo make install' , sudo command not found .
Anyone have any suggestions?
i think i must enter cygwin root directory , but how to use root user in cygwin?
plz help me

You dont need "sudo" in cygwin.

but if install without using sudo and when run experiment
$ perl ../SphinxTrain/scripts_pl/setup_SphinxTrain.pl
I got the following error after executing :
Can't open perl script "../SphinxTrain/scripts_pl/setup_SphinxTrain.pl": No such file or directory

how to fix it ????

There is no "scripts_pl" folder in sphinxtrain folder. Which version do you use? What this script is expected to do?

i found the problem , i had a conflict between sphinx command and sphinx version
