First file has 230 lines, second 227 lines. So the number of lines is not the same. It is what computer tells you.
Lines must have 1-to-1 mapping, in your file there are several differences, for example utterance 40_q2v is joined with the utterance 41_qv2 and thus is missing in the transcription file but is present in the fileids file.

I get this error "Phase 4: Checking number of lines in the transcript file should match lines in fileids file ---- FAILED"
I attached below my transcript file and here is my FileIds file. What is wrong? I thought I only need to put the files in order?
