lts_mismatch does work in sphinx3_align

Hello sir:

When I run sphinx3_align with

-lts_mismatch yes
or
-lts_mismatch no

the log file aways show:

ERROR: "s3_align.c", line 889: JAYLYN not in dictionary
ERROR: "main_align.c", line 826: No sentence HMM; no alignment for **

I wonder if there is a problem there?
