how to read the mfc files

I have found that the use of cepview tool will help to read the mfc files. My doubt is how to install cepview and the command to use cepview in reviewing the .mfc files.

Cepview is a part of sphinxbase. To get help you can run cepview without arguments.

I have installed sphinxbase and on running cepview, its showing " comand not found".
Do I need to run this command specificaly from any folder of sphinxbase?

I have downloaded cepview.nightly.tar.gz.
Followed the step given in readfile for compliation. But even after that step am not able to use the cepview tool.

Can someone point out what is the issue?

The command name is sphinx_cepview, for example:

   sphinx_cepview -f file.mfc
