fatal error C1083

While trying to set up SPHINX 3 I am getting the following error

c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file:
'....\src\libsphinxbase\lm\ngram_model_fst.c': No such file or directory

After looking at the directory mentioned in the error I did not find the file named "ngram_model_fst.c" although it is referred by the code.
