I have a wav file ( file contains a sentence) and I want to timealign the words in the sentence.
I converted the wav file into a raw file (using wav2raw) and tried to use sphinx2-align but its doesn't work.
The turtle demo that came with sphinx works though.
Is there a special file format that I need to convert my wav file to ? In the demo it says it is a 16khz 16bit mono raw file.
How do I convert my wav file to this format
Thanks in advance
Madan.

I used a package called GoldWave (shareware) www.goldwave.com, brilliant tool.
