How to use my own LM with CMU Sphinx?

Hi,

my problem is that I have no idea how to use my own LM (built with the http://svr-www.eng.cam.ac.uk/~prc14/toolkit.html (CMU Language Model Toolkit version 2 with my trained acoustic model...

I have now some files like a.{binlm, idngram, text, vocab, wfreq}...

But I did not find any demo which is using such files... :-(

Could you help me, or just giving me the docu I were too stupid to find ;-)
