fe_process_frames_ext(), voiced_spch_nsamps got forgotten in -r12889.

Or more clearly:
sphinxbase/src/libsphinxbase/fe/fe_interface.c: fe_process_frames_ext(), passed voiced_spch_nsamps, on which depends cont_seg.c, is not updated, so cont_seg is not actually segmenting data (creates empty raw files).

Hello.

Do you have plans to fix this issue in near future? Utility sphinx_cont_seg is quite helpful.

I've found a solution from someone outside: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/timing-fix.patch?h=sphinxbase
Can i use it?
