#2 Manufacturing Order: Incorrect QtyOrdered

We noticed qtyordered is not being correctly updated on
many situations:

after MOP prepare and complete: qtyordered is adding
twice (one time after prepare, one after complete)

order MOP void: qtyordered is not being updated

order MOP change qty: qtyordered is not being updated
after save

We looked at the code and can't see how it's supposed
to be handled, since MPC_Order does not track qtyordered.

We can fix it if, just want to see if you have any
suggestion.

    Error Replicated, the problem is the method for Reserved
    Qty, I am doing the nessesary corrections, I hope to have
    ready the next week.

    But I think your work is very important, please continue
    testing.
