#14 CMLXOM uses Log4J setLevel()

And this setLevel() method is not available in Eclipse RCP and other environments where Log4J simulating libraries like sl4j are used, which only expose the core Log4J API.

If possible, it would be very much appreciated if setLevel() was not used. A full stracktrace can be found in the Bioclipse bugtracker:
