Hello,

at first i want to say thank you for this nice code introducing isogeometric analysis.

My Question is about the manual from the xiga-udine.pdf. In chapter 4.2 the bezier extraction of tsplines is defined. There you cite a Paper from Scott et al.: An integrated approach to engineering design and analysis using the Autodesk T-spline plugin for rhino3D. Unfortunately, I cant find this paper in any online libary...

Is there a possibility to get it?
