Honestly, I just need to find out how to properly install, or unzip this program in Windows 7 64bit

Go to the latest release version as of 2005 (below)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cluedo/files/cluedo/Cluedo%200.1/Release_17_05_2005.zip/download

Download the file, unzip it and you will see a file there: Cluedo.cmd on windows Cluedo.sh on Linux/mac. Just execute it. I haven't touched this project in 10 years and it still works I'm glad to say with sound effects too. I also assume you have Java installed.

I am having trouble executing the Cluedo game. There doesn't seem to be any .exe files in the zipped file. There is no Cluedo.cmd either. I downloaded the version from the site and the 2005 version, but can't open the game on either of them.

You need the "Release" one Alex mentioned above.

It is a pity that the prominent "Download" links on sourceforge all point to a source archive, and one which doesn't (as far as I can tell) contain clear instructions on how to run the game.
