#62 linux: StdHeader.h ,#include "CLucene/debug/condition.h

Hello,

Whith clucene-0.8.13 on linux, when running configure,
the CLucene/debug directory is not always created (I
guess when debug mode is not activated).
Compilation of my own app fails because
StdHeader.h always expects CLucene/debug/condition.h
to exists.
This is causing some extra-problems for people trying to
compile kio-clucene on linux.
