#2 V0.953: Invalid format when sending E-Mail with attachments

When sending E-Mail with attachements and you use HTML
format, the email is not shown in HTML format, but in
text-format without any linebreaks.

This patch corrects the orders of multipart/alternative
MIME emails to the correct order (First text, then
HTML) also for emails with attachements. (It was
already fixed for emails without attachments).

It also formats the plain text version by inserting
newlines for <BR> and two newlines for <P>.

Please go to your clubdata root directory and unpack
the tarball.
