NB! It's a really nasty fix.
Tested on Fedora rawhide, KDE Platform Version 4.6.1 (4.6.1) Qt: 4.7.2

changing line 5 to "if (EXISTS /usr/include/kde4/kdecoration.h)" at /cloudcity/kwin/CMakeLists.txt solves the problem.

I cannot just hardcode the path.
Where do you attempt to install it? (install prefix)

I believe it's /usr (default settings). Anyway, i have a patch ready, please take a look...
