#153 Title bar - uno mismatch with non-255 opacity

As in the title, when translucent windows are used, the titlebar and UNO menu / toolbars do not match.

Easiest fixed by using 255 opacity for UNO areas (and window border, if window title is included in UNO)

This appears to be because if ARGB windows is turned on, the UNO gradient doesn't get drawn. Hence why it looks fine with no gradient (though not transparent).

Even weirder, the gradient does get drawn in the menubar. it is only in the toolbar where it is not drawn.

Can you tell me where the toolbar UNO gradient drawing code is?
