reverse "Auto check and repair source file system before cloning"

I ran Clonezilla on my Windows 7/Windows Xp dual boot desktop. Unfortunately
I chose the "'Auto check and repair ... " option; not realizing it would prevent me from using,
or even seeing, the Windows 7 OS on both the target and source drives. Is there any way
of reversing this mistake?
