I would like to install Clonezilla onto an existing Debian system (not a 'live' CD or USB).
The Debian system is on a separate HDD from a Windows setup on the same PC. The Debian system is used by only me, but the Windows system is used by any number of people.

I would like to be able to restore a clean image of the Windows drive from my Debian session without having to boot from a separate CD.

What packages would I need to install on my Debian system in order to restore images?

    Thank you for any help.

    You can follow this page:
    http://drbl.org/installation/02-install-required-packages.php
to install the required packages. The major steps are to configure your apt repository, and then run "drblsrv -i".
(You do not have to run "drblpush -i".)
Then you can use the command "clonezilla", "ocs-sr -x" or "ocs-onthefly -x" to run that.
//NOTE// Backup important data before you use Clonezilla. Just in case, especially you use that in the running system.

    Steven.
