Tool to Copy Clonezilla Img to SSD in Windows

I have used Clonezilla to save an SSD image using the regular bootable USB stick. And, of course, I could shut down and boot into Clonezilla to restore the saved image to a new SSD.[1]
What I'm looking for is a tool that runs in Windows that can successfully copy a saved Clonezilla image directly to (a bunch of) SSD(s). I'd prefer to do this so that I can have that running while I'm accomplishing other productive work. If I have to boot in to Clonezilla to duplicate these SSDs, I'm going to be offline and sitting on my thumbs watching Clonzilla do its thing.
[1]: My work around is to spark up VirtualBox with the Clonezilla ISO and pass through the raw USB to the new SSD. I'm hoping there is a more direct way to do this, though.
The working OS for Clonezilla is GNU/Linux, so there is no way you can run Clonezilla and its related packages in MS Windows.
Using Virtualbox is a good solution, though.
