Trouble Deploying Restore image

I recently setup ubuntu 13.04 amd64 server with the latest stable build of clonezilla server. I work for a company that refurbishes computers, and we have a need to install linux on lower end systems.. Primarly laptops. I got everything setup so far and was able to capture an image of an "HP Mini 2133" with 2gig ram and 60gig HD with Linux Mint 13. I restored the image back to the same model laptop with same size HD with no problem. My problem I am facing is with a few of these laptops of the same model they have 80gig HD's. The pxe boot is fine, but when it comes to the point of restoring the image it never starts... Perhaps I need more exact error msg but I am at home now away from the office. I thought maybe there was something that might need to be changed for a bigger hard drive? Also a couple laptops took the image but after a reboot, i just get a blinking cursor in the upper left hand corner... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... really hope to get this up and running smoothly soon.

I suggest you try Clonezilla live first, and if it works on those machine, then you could try this mode:
