Partclone Freezes at 99%

Good afternoon,
I have been using Clonezilla Server from a DRBL Live disc for about a year, very successfully (deploying Windows PC's in a high school), but I have run in to a snag.
When attempting to push appropriately captured images to HP Probook 4540s laptops or Lenovo w500 laptops, Partclone freezes up at 99%.
Judging by past experience, I suspected that either my version of the DRBL disc should be updated, or that there was a problem with the RAM or Hard Drive on the server box. Even with a new box and new disc, I get 99% on the data progress, and a freeze at 50.10% on the Total progress.
Does anyone have any suggestions on why this would happen only on newer laptops? I have been successful this week using HP DC 7800's and 7000's from this same rig. Capturing goes swimmingly.

Which version of Clonezilla live did you use?
Have you tried Clonezilla live 2.1.2-20, which uses Partclone 0.2.66?
