i can successfull backup my CentOS7 Installation to a nfs-server. When i try to restore the image to the same machine (nothing changed), i couldnt boot anymore. I just get a minimalized grub-shell. I have to boot from a CentOS7-Install-Disk, chroot my system and run 'grub2-install /dev/sda1'
I use Clonezilla with standard-options. All Filesystems are ext4. With CentOS 6.X i never had such problems.
Is there a bug?
How to solve this issue?
Thanks

Which version of Clonezilla live did you use?
It's recommended you use AMD64 release of Clonezilla live, especially the alternative one, like
clonezilla-live-20141113-utopic-amd64.iso
Steven.

That was...great :D I'm using 64bit-Hardware everywhere, using CentOS 64bit everywhere but backed up with Clonezilla 32bit. Dont know why i wasnt so clever to test amd64-clonezilla. Thanks!
